(B)新素养 乐学善学
Li Bai is a famous poet in Chinese history. When he was a child, he was very
naughty and didn't like studying. One day, he ran away from school. He saw an old woman grinding(磨) an iron rod on a big stone. He was so curious(好奇的) and asked, “Madam, what are you doing?” The old woman said, “I’m grinding the iron rod into a needle(缝衣针).” Li Bai was surprised and said, “What? The iron rod is so big. How can you do that?” The old woman said, “Why not? Nothing is impossible. If I do it every day, I’m sure I will grind the iron rod into a needle.” Li Bai understood the old woman’s words and ran back to school. Then he studied very hard. Many years later, he became a poet.
