The drink includes three things—powdered cinnamon(肉桂粉), honey and water. First, take a pan(平底锅) and pour a cup of water into it. Next, put the pan on the fire and boil the water for 2—3 minutes. And then add a spoon of powdered cinnamon to the water and mix them together. Finally, let the mixture cool. After the mixture is cool, add some spoons of honey to it.
