Hobbies make life colourful
Hobbies are great for students. They help you learn new things and make life fun. But starting a hobby can be tricky (难办的). Here are some helpful tips:
☆ Choose what you like. Don’t pick a hobby just because others like it. Think about what makes you happy. Do you really enjoy drawing, singing or playing basketball? Pick one and try two or three times. Then you can tell whether it suits you.
☆ Make time for your hobby. You don’t need hours every day. Even 15–20 minutes after homework is enough. Doing a little often is better than doing a lot once a week. Use weekends to enjoy your hobby longer.
☆ Keep trying. New hobbies can feel hard at first. If you can’t draw well today, try again tomorrow. Ask friends or family for help if you need it. Remember, practice makes you better!
☆ Share your hobby. Share your hobby with others! Join a school art club or sing a song for your family. Sharing makes your hobby more fun and helps you make new friends.
