Heidi is a warm and comforting movie. From the snowy Alps to Heidi's simple smile, every moment fills my heart with warmth. It's one of the most moving films I've ever watched. In my heart, it has no difficult plot, but uses a simple story to pass on the truest feelings.
The story is set in the beautiful Swiss Alps. Heidi, a girl losing her parents, is sent to live with her unfriendly grandfather. At first, the cold grandfather doesn't accept her. 2.

They look after sheep, pick wild flowers and watch the sunrise. Life in the mountains is quite free and calm. Later, Heidi is taken to the city to be a partner to Clara, a rich young girl who can't walk. With all the nice clothes and food, Heidi still deeply misses her grandfather and the freedom of mountain life. 3.

In the end, Clara goes to see Heidi and Heidi even helps Clara get over the illness and learn to walk.
