新素材传统文化 Chinese ancient wisdom divides the year into 24 Solar Terms. The Cold Dew(寒露) is the 17th solar term of the year. It starts this year on Oct. 8 and ends on Oct. 23.
At this time, the weather gets colder in most parts of China. The dew is greater and colder. That's why this time is called the Cold Dew. There will be less rain, but there will be some fog.
