Writer Jenny Lau and photographer Ken Lam set up a photography project to record the people who work, live and shop in London's Chinatown. They are using photography to explore their culture and share it with the world.

"We worked together. Ken took photos and I wrote the words. Everyone had an interesting story to tell. We finally got many different stories," Lau said. "When we interviewed some people, such as older community members, it was often difficult to get them to talk.

Ken said, "In order to take perfect photos of people, I tried to find the best place and waited for the best light.

. We not only met people from China, but also interviewed Filipinos, Englishmen, Greeks, and so on. They have seen the development of London's Chinatown," said Lau.
