There is a Chinatown in Singapore. Sometimes people call it Niu Che Shui. There was no running water in the old times, so people used the ox carts (牛车) to take water home. This is where the funny name comes from. In Chinatown, people can shop and enjoy delicious food.
Don't worry if you can only speak Chinese. Language is not a problem. Many people there speak Chinese. You'll have a great time in Singapore.
