六、阅读表达。(共5小题;每小题2分,满分10分)
阅读短文,根据短文内容用英语回答问题。每题答案不超过5个单词。
Wild animals are our friends, but the number of them is getting smaller and smaller. The
following four animals are in danger now.
Tibetan Antelopes

Tibetan antelopes’ wool is warm and soft. So people use their wool to produce
expensive clothes. Cutting too much wool is bad for Tibetan antelopes, and it will make
them die easily. Fifty years ago, there were about a million Tibetan antelopes, but now
the number of them is about 300,000.
Golden Monkeys

Golden monkeys eat fruit and leaves. But people are destroying the environment
where they live. Trees are becoming fewer and fewer, so golden monkeys have less food
to eat.
Elephants

Elephants usually live in groups. Young elephants do not leave the group until
they are about 13 years old. Now, the number of them is becoming smaller because
people use their living areas for farming and kill them for their ivory.
Wolves

Wolves are not big and they have grey fur. They eat many kinds of foods.
Wolves are losing their living areas because people cut down the forests. Soon they
will have no home or food.
