be as low as -30 degrees, and the air is so thin.
There are high cliffs and changeable weather.
However, brave climbers keep trying. Chinese
climbing teams have achieved great success. They showed us the spirit of never giving up and exploration. This spirit encourages us to face challenges in our lives. So, let's admire this great mountain and the spirit behind it. Thank you!
25 May 1960 Today is an unforgettable day! We finally reached the top of Mount Qomolangma
from the northern side. The journey was full of
challenges. The thin air made it hard to breathe.
When we got to the Second Step, it seemed
impossible to pass. But thanks to Liu Lianman,
who offered us his shoulders to step on, we made it! Standing on the top, I felt so proud. It's a dream come true, and I'll always remember this moment.
