Suggestions for Solving Problems
The problem our group got is too much homework and test stress.
Firstly, make a daily study plan to manage time well. Do difficult homework first and leave easy tasks 
for later. Secondly, take short breaks every 45 minutes to relax. You can stretch, drink water or take a 
walk to clear your mind. Lastly, talk to teachers or parents if you feel overwhelmed. Ask for help 
when you don’t understand lessons, instead of keeping worries to yourself. We hope these suggestions
can help those who are troubled by this problem and make them feel less stressed and more confident
 in their studies.
