the referee gave them two free throws. We ended up

losing the game. I felt so down and guilty. I was

really sorry for letting everyone down. I just

couldn't stop blaming myself. Tom had a talk with

me. He told me not to be too hard on myself and

that it was just an accident. He also said I should

look on the bright side and learn from my mistakes.

After talking with him, I felt a bit better. I know losing
