The rainforests are very important to us. They

are home to over half of the types of animals and plants on earth. They can slow down climate

change and make the air clean.

Every year, people cut down trees and destroy the rainforests. As a result, rainforests are

becoming smaller and smaller. This will harm or even kill the living things there. It's time for us

to take action.

First, we can tell people around us the importance of rainforests and ask more people to join

us. Second, we should use less paper and take our own chopsticks when eating out. Finally， 

we can ask people not to throw rubbish in rainforests because rubbish causes pollution and

damages the ecosystems in forests. We hope that everyone can do something to protect rainforests.
